Joe Ramirez 68,born March 19,1957 passed away and went to spread his wings with the Lord on October 31,2025.Born in Nuevo Laredo,Mexico.He was the second of five siblings and son of Armandina Sanchez Obryant.He is survived by his sister Maria Leopolda San Miguel (Edward Hernandez)his brother Carlos San Miguel.And proceeded in death by his sister Patricia Cruz (Gilbert Cruz)his brother Jaime Ramirez (Maria Ramirez)his girlfriend Shawna Harrisp he is also survived by his one and only child Victor Gonzales lll(Krystal Astorga)his three granddaughters Zayda Gonzales,Brianna Rosales(Justin Rosales)Aliz'e Crumbley.And his 5 great grandsons Zeldon Villarreal, Jayden Perez,Gilbert Perez,Mason Rosales,Pete Rosales Jr. He was a devoted father to his son he was grew up in Flour Bluff and attended school in Flour Bluff. Flour Bluff is where he met his first love Julianita Silva Gonzales(Julie) he found his calling cooking for Padre Isles Country club in which he excelled he enjoyed helping anyone turning no one away expecting nothing in return he enjoyed being around family lighting up the room with his smile he's also survived by numerous nieces and nephews Adriana Salinas (Joe Salinas)Lisa Gonzales,Armando Gonzales Jr. Erica Garza, Jose Garza,Faren Garza whom he loved very much
